St. Matthews Area Business Association in partnership with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield offers affordable health insurance options to local member businesses

As an added membership benefit, St. Matthews Area Business Association members are now eligible for health insurance at discounted rates.  The partnership between SMABA and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield offers specially priced small group health, dental, life, vision and disability plans to companies with 2-99 eligible employees. Anthem offers a choice of plans, from industry-leading consumer-driven health plans, such as health savings accounts, to traditional PPOs. Every Anthem plan includes preventive care services, such as annual routine physicals, well baby and well child care, routine eye exams, annual diabetes eye exam and members-only savings for healthy lifestyle programs.

Anthem’s provider network includes more than 9 thousand primary care physicians and specialists in Kentucky, which ensures that consumers have many choices when it comes to their medical care.
